PROCESSING TIME
After you have placed your order, it will take approximately 2-3 business days to prepare your order. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Thank you for your patience!

Finland: 5-10 business days
Europe: 7-14 business days
Rest of the world: 7-14 business days
These time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.
SHIPPING & PACKING
All prints are printed in, and shipped from Finland. Frame is not included. Your art is shipped to you safely in a cardboard tube. You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped together with tracking number. All orders are shipped with DHL or Posti Suomi.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGE
Packages that have not been collected at your pickup point within 14 days, will automatically be returned to me. If this happens, you will be charged a fee of 30EUR for costs attributable to the administration, shipping, return shipping and handling. Uncollected packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGE
You can exchange or return your order up to 14 days after receiving the item. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are done to the same payment method the customer used originally.

GUARANTEE
I can not guarantee smaller abnormalities when it comes to the products, such as shape, color, print and smaller changes. The colors on your screen can not guarantee the exact same color as in reality. Inspiration images doesn’t always show the painting in real size and color.
